Coastal Home Improvements is a licensed and insured Delaware remodeling company (Delaware Business License #2018101441), headquartered in Milton, DE, serving Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and the surrounding Sussex County coast. Our services include kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement finishing, whole-home renovations, deck & patio construction, trim carpentry, interior painting, and drywall repair.
Use of the site
You may use our Site to learn about our services, view our portfolio, request a free quote, and contact us. You agree not to:

Quotes and proposals
On-site walkthroughs and written proposals are free of charge. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope described in the proposal — any changes to scope during a project will be priced in writing before extra work begins.
Project work
All remodeling work is performed under the terms of a written proposal signed by both parties. That signed proposal — not this website — is the source of truth for scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, warranty, and any other project-specific commitments.
Portfolio, photos, and content
Photos and descriptions of past projects shown on the Site are the property of Coastal Home Improvements. We may photograph our completed work for portfolio and marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing before or during the project. We will not identify a homeowner by name, address, or other personal detail without permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services (such as our Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
