01 / What's included
A finished basement adds real, livable square footage to your home — rec space, an extra bedroom or office, a full bathroom, or all of the above. We coordinate every trade so the lower level feels like part of the house, not an afterthought.
Wall layouts, insulation between studs, vapor barriers where needed.
Recessed cans, dedicated circuits, switches, and code-aligned outlets.
Drain rough-ins, supply lines, and fixture sets coordinated up front.
Laminate, vinyl plank, or carpet — picked for moisture, comfort, and use.
Skim, sand, casing, baseboard, and a finish coat that reads as one room.
Bench seating, bookcases, mudroom drops, mechanical-room hideaways.
Egress windows, permits, and inspections handled as part of the build.
We walk every detail with you, knock out touch-ups, and sign off together.
02 / Process
We come to your home, walk the basement, and talk through how you want to use the space. Rec room, guest suite, office, full apartment — we map it all on the first visit.
We work through a layout, talk through finishes, and lock in materials before construction. Flooring, lighting, paint, and any built-ins all coordinated up front.
You get a clear, line-by-line proposal with scope, materials, and timeline. We walk it through with you and give you the time you need before signing.
Framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and finish work — all on one schedule. You'll get proactive updates so you always know where the project stands.
We walk the finished basement with you, address any punch-list items, and follow up after handoff to make sure everything is right.

04 / Why choose us
Basement finishing is one of our core specialties. We've built rec rooms, guest suites, full lower-level apartments, and everything in between — and we know where the surprises hide.
Egress windows, electrical permits, plumbing rough-ins — we know what coastal Delaware basements need, and we coordinate it.
Basements are easier to seal off than other parts of the house, and we use that. Floors above stay livable, dust stays where it belongs.
Miguel runs every project. The person who quoted your basement is the same person managing it on the ground.
05 / Start

06 / FAQ
Pricing depends heavily on scope — open rec room versus full guest suite with a bathroom and a kitchenette is a big spread. Most of our basement finishes run from $50,000 to several hundred thousand. You'll get a written proposal after the on-site visit.
A typical finished basement runs 8–16 weeks depending on plumbing, bathroom builds, and finish level.
Yes — both are common. Bathrooms involve plumbing rough-ins; bedrooms typically need an egress window for code. We coordinate both.
Some do. We assess moisture during the on-site visit and address waterproofing or vapor barriers before framing — you don't want finish work on top of a moisture problem.
We price every change in writing before any extra work happens. Same rule applies to anything unexpected we find during demo or framing.
We work across Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Georgetown, Milton, Dewey Beach, and Slaughter Beach, with a 50-mile radius from Rehoboth.
