Miguel Aceves founded Coastal Home Improvements in 2010 with a clear focus: build a remodeling company that does honest work and runs projects the way homeowners actually want them run. Over the past 16 years, he's led 75+ projects across the Delaware coast — from focused kitchen and bath remodels to multi-million-dollar whole-home renovations. Miguel is on every project personally. He believes the experience of a remodel matters as much as the finished result, and he runs his crew accordingly.

We work with a mix — a core in-house crew that handles most of the build, plus trusted trade partners we've worked with for years on specialized work. Either way, Miguel coordinates everything and is on every project.
We take on projects from $50,000 focused remodels up to $5 million whole-home renovations. Timelines run from about three months to twenty-four months depending on scope.
